Burg Restaurant in Neustadt-Glewe

This is a very good restaurant in Neustadt-Glewe. Nice service and good food. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos. I'll do that next time.

The food was very tasty, the service should be highlighted. The two young men were hoarse, very courteous and extremely friendly. The new employee took good care of you, was always available and you didn't have to wait. The restaurant is highly recommended!

Fortress XIV, of all the monuments of medieval architecture in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is the best preserved, there are frescoes of the 16th century, a system of warm floors of the 15th century, a tower with a "room of witches", 8 m high, where there was a prison and a torture room. There is also an observation room with a beautiful view of the city. I also work here! Come, we are waiting for you)

Food and ambience were great. Good service, always approachable. Only the billing didn't work out in the end. The number of drinks was not equal to the number of drinks consumed.

Very good food at reasonable prices, absolutely recommendable! You sit dignified in the vaulted castle, you are served very well, the food is down-to-earth, there is German cuisine with a touch of extravagance, normal portions. We will be back!

We were here for the first time. Nice ambience. It's very professional, the food is exceptional (e.g. variety of the castle: vegetable and potato pan with lukewarm goat cheese) and very tasty, but also beef roulade with red cabbage tastes very good. We recommend!!!

Ate there today. Delicious and pleasant atmosphere. Price performance okay. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't speak German very well, there were some communication problems. Maybe we should work on it. Absolutely recommendable👍.

A small brick castle with a restaurant and museum. Its exhibition is clearly laid out and briefly informative. The tour is well suited to empathize with the life of a lord of the castle. It is sometimes narrow, dark and not easy to climb, but it creates a very authentic medieval feel. Great praise. Parking, great too.

I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with this restaurant! Top menu, very refined and well done, the caramelized goat cheese was amazingly good and so were the desserts!

Surprising historical Castle in the middle of nowhere including a little interesting museum + Restaurant with open air terrace with a great view

Well-preserved castle complex with well-tended surroundings. A good steak house with delicious food at moderate prices. Fast, friendly service, large, covered outdoor area.

A very delicious food as well as a variety of drinks. Both dishes (variety of burg and steak) tasted very good. The fresh ingredients and the loving sideboard should be emphasized. The staff is very courteous and polite. The interior of the restaurant is modern and of high quality and outside you can comfortably enjoy the sun on beer benches. RECOMMENDATION!

Great little castle. The small tour of the castle can be recommended. Is like a trip to the Middle Ages.

I was on a business travel and discovered this beautiful and magical place yesterday with my workmate. As a starter, took we the flamed goat cheese and it was heavenly delicios. Warm, crunchy on top, with some sweetness and a homemade salad dressing, which the kindly waiter asked the cook about it. So, I have now the reciepe. :) The portions are quite big and I was already full after the starter but all in all a beautiful place. And today, I drove extra 15 km to have a dinner again here and didn't exactly know what to order, but at the end, I ordered a steak and asked if there will be also a salad, but the got me wrong and I got a salad and a steak with salad. But, the sqlad was really flavorful, the wild mushrooms were amazing. But the waitress seemed to not tale me seriosly as I was probably not dressed up and looked younger and was eating alone on an international womens day (my husband is home while I'm on a worktrip, ok?!) So, on top of that came the waitress like 8 times to ask me how my food was, but kinda sarcastic and I had the opionion and the feeling that the thought that I would not be able to pay my food, so the were talking suspiciosly to each others and were looking at me. I could not wait any linger to eat my food as soon as possible, PAY my bill and get the hell out of there! Great food, but not a nice feeling today at all!
